Any quotation, estimate, or service description provided by us is based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change where the actual site conditions differ from those described or reasonably anticipated.
We may refuse to carry out any work that, in our reasonable opinion, is unsafe, unlawful, outside our competence, or likely to cause damage to property, persons, or the environment.
3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when making a booking or requesting services;
- Ensure reasonable and safe access to the property and work area at the agreed time;
- Obtain any permissions, consents, licences, or approvals required for the works, including from landlords, managing agents, neighbours, or local authorities where applicable;
- Notify us in advance of any hazards, underground services, fragile structures, hidden defects, protected plants, pets, or other relevant site conditions;
- Secure or remove valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings from work areas before service commencement;
- Ensure that utilities, water, and power sources needed for the services are available and safe to use, where required;
- Comply with all reasonable instructions given by our staff for health and safety purposes.
You are responsible for any delay, additional cost, or failure to perform services caused by your breach of these obligations.
4. Payment Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are as follows:
- Quotations are provided in good faith and may be based on inspection, photographs, or customer descriptions.
- Prices may be stated as fixed prices or estimates. Estimates are not binding unless expressly confirmed as fixed.
- We may require a deposit before commencing work, particularly for larger or scheduled jobs, materials, or waste disposal services.
- Invoices are due for payment within the period stated on the invoice, or, if no period is stated, immediately upon completion of the service.
- We accept payment by methods notified to you from time to time.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services, recovery action, and/or interest and reasonable costs to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If the scope of work changes due to unforeseen conditions, additional charges may apply for extra labour, materials, disposal fees, equipment hire, or repeat visits. We will seek approval before undertaking material additional work wherever reasonably practicable.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us as soon as possible using the contact details below.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit, subject to any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation charge to cover reserved labour, travel, materials, or administrative costs.
- If we have already commenced work, you will be charged for work completed, materials supplied, and any reasonable costs incurred up to the time of cancellation.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time.
No refund will be due where services have been fully performed in accordance with the agreed specification, unless required by mandatory law.
6. Liability Limitations
We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit, loss of use, or loss of enjoyment.
- We shall not be responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, structural weakness, defective materials, underground services, or issues not reasonably discoverable before work begins.
- Where we supply materials, our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective materials to the extent permitted by the supplier’s warranty and applicable law.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You acknowledge that garden, exterior, and maintenance works may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to minor surface changes, temporary disruption, dust, noise, and weather-related impacts.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in our branding, logos, website content, service descriptions, photographs, documentation, and templates remain the property of Greenfield Home & Garden Supplies Ltd or our licensors.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without our prior written consent, except where permitted by law.
If we provide drawings, plans, reports, or other materials specifically for your use as part of a service, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use those materials solely for the intended purpose for which they were supplied.

9. Force Majeure

Where a force majeure event occurs, we may suspend or reschedule services and will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.

13. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable, or, if that is not possible, severed from these Terms.
The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
